Death hits us suddenly. On Friday March 25^th, our colleague Kareem Hassan Muhammad Abu Etmaan – one of our “Program Directors” passed away at the age of 27 years of a severe drop in blood circulation.

Kareem was born in Mahalah Alkubra – Egypt on 11 July 1984. He grew up as an orphan, his mother died when he was young. He studied at the faculty of commerce in Gharbyyah, Egypt. His father was a famous poet, Hassan Abu Etmaan, who wrote many patriotic poems. In August 2007, Kareem started serving in Huda TV as a program director. He directed many programs such as Picture and Comment, Moments for the Heart, Women around the Prophet, etc. and participated in other programs as Executive Director like “Islam Unveiled, etc.

The Management of Huda TV extends its sincere and heartily felt condolences to Kareem’s family and all staff; we will ever remember his motivational spirit, creativity, and kindness.

May Allah, Almighty, bestow His blessings and mercy upon our beloved brother Kareem and grant him paradise. Amen! And we ask all viewers to make dua’ for him.
