The other day I stumbled upon Prof. M.Saie describing and discussing the environment that can accept and sustain applying Islamic Law, and he referred to a book he recently wrote about Arab Revolutions (I guess) that details this point more.
I need to know more about this book, can you help me reaching it if it was published?
