Ingredients

1 can Hommus (Chick peas)


3 Tomatoes - medium size, cubed


1 Red Onion - small, diced


3/4 cup Parsley - chopped


1/4 cup Lemon Juice


2 tbsp Corn Oil Afia


Salt and Pepper


Directions


1.Drain hommus and rinse well. In a medium serving bowl put tomatoes, hommos, onion and parsley and stir to mix. Season salad with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
