Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

this is a great recipie mashaallah and easy to make! for a more healthy version i would use honey instead of sugar
